About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing and Finance Administrative Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing operations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and supporting our clients with exceptional service.

What You'll Do

  • Manage billing operations, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Perform data entry and documentation management for financial records.
  • Assist in financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries and support.
  • Utilize tools such as QuickBooks, Zapier, and N8N for automation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve workflows.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members in billing operations.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in billing, finance, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and financial aid processes is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with billing support and claims management.
