UI/​UX Lead Designer - Remote Opportunity at Onbe

About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Lead Designer to join our innovative team at Onbe. This UI/UX Lead Designer remote position offers the opportunity to shape the user experience for our comprehensive payment solutions in the FinTech sector. You will be at the forefront of crafting exceptional UI/UX experiences for a diverse ecosystem of digital products.

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of Product Design (UI and UX) for an ecosystem of B2B2C SaaS digital products, enhancing their quality and accessibility.
• Participate in user research, definition, and testing activities alongside Product, Technology, and other teams.
• Continuously expand understanding of target users’ needs, motivations, and behaviors.
• Create sitemaps, process flows, wireframes, visual comps, and prototypes to illustrate design directions.
• Guide and mentor other designers, shaping design work and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to expanding design operations documentation and establishing new processes.
• Collaborate with product designers, developers, and QA analysts to ensure end-to-end experiences are fully functional and accessible.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design for complex B2B/B2C/B2B2C ecosystems.
• Expertise in all phases of the User-Centered Design (UCD) process.
• Deep proficiency in Figma and Miro design tools.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience leading and mentoring designers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, or related field.

Nice to Have

• A master's degree in Interaction Design or related field.
• Background in working with SaaS and FinTech.
• Proficiency with design-focused AI tools.
