Technical Lead Product Designer - Crypto

About the Role

We are hiring a Technical Lead Product Designer - Crypto remote to join our innovative team at Nubank. As a leader in the digital financial space, we aim to redefine how crypto can be accessible and user-friendly. You will play a crucial role in shaping experiences that make crypto genuinely accessible for our users.

What You'll Do

• Act as a technical reference for the design team, implementing best practices and elevating the quality of design work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions and advocate for user-centered design.
• Inspire and mentor fellow product designers, fostering a culture of high-quality design.
• Promote a healthy team culture that collaborates effectively with design teams across Nubank offices.
• Push the boundaries of UX/UI and visual execution to challenge the status quo in crypto design.

Requirements

• Solid expertise in Product Design (UI, UX, and Research).
• Experience in digital products and a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Proven ability to influence prioritization in an agile environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with crypto or fintech products.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies.
