About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive - Customer Growth to join our dynamic sales team at EcoVadis. This Senior Account Executive remote position is pivotal in driving our mission forward as we expand our reach in the DACH region, specifically targeting Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be part of a collaborative and innovative sales culture that emphasizes quality and achievement.

What You'll Do

  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by effectively selling EcoVadis solutions and services.
  • Renew contracts for existing customers within your portfolio while identifying net new logos.
  • Execute a solution-based sales process that involves multiple stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and implement account plans that enhance sales velocity through well-managed sales cycles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key executives in assigned accounts, focusing on Procurement, ESG, Sustainability, and Compliance.
  • Collaborate with EcoVadis Customer Success and other internal teams to drive account growth.
  • Participate in industry conferences to enhance your technical and marketing knowledge of EcoVadis solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on selling enterprise software to Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual sales quotas in a SaaS or platform solutions environment.
  • Exceptional presentation skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com; experience with Sales Navigator and Salesloft is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in an international team environment and travel periodically for business purposes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sustainability or ESG-related sales.
  • Familiarity with compliance and supply chain management.
  • Experience in participating in industry conferences.
