• Draft realistic case studies on various change management scenarios.
• Design scenario variations from multiple perspectives.
• Identify flawed assumptions and stakeholder impacts.
• Contribute to advancements in AI technologies.
• Engage in a rapid onboarding process for effective integration.
• Potential for long-term collaboration based on performance.

Requirements

• Experience in turnaround management or change consulting.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention and project recovery.
• Skilled in diagnosing change failures and process inefficiencies.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week.
