About the Role

We are seeking a Training Management Specialist to join our team at Nuvoton Technology. This remote opportunity allows you to play a pivotal role in shaping our training programs and ensuring the professional development of our employees. As a Training Management Specialist, you will be responsible for planning training activities, maintaining development records, and producing related reports.

What You'll Do

  • Design and plan courses based on industry talent development and organizational needs, validating learning outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Conduct training needs assessments across departments and develop annual training plans and budgets.
  • Compile suitable training materials and evaluate the need for collaboration with external professional organizations or self-planning training courses.
  • Implement employee training programs (management, professional, general) and conduct corresponding effectiveness evaluations to ensure training goals are met.
  • Establish employee training history files as a reference for talent allocation within the organization.
  • Develop training blueprints for various organizational levels and execute management skills training to ensure successful talent promotion.
  • Create career development plans based on employee development needs and implement them to build a talent reserve.
  • Plan and establish succession plans and systems, identifying and nurturing key talent to ensure a continuous supply of talent within the organization.
  • Develop training operation processes and systems to enhance training arrangements and operational efficiency.
  • Plan and introduce digital technologies to enable real-time learning experiences for employees without constraints of time, location, or equipment.
  • Stay updated on labor laws to ensure operational processes and systems comply with legal regulations.
  • Monitor domestic and international training trends and provide corresponding training development program recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in training management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Proven ability to design and implement training programs that meet organizational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital learning technologies and platforms.
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in HR management or organizational development.
  • Certification in training or instructional design.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations.
