Training Instructor - Remote Opportunities Available

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Training Instructor to join our team at Alexander Dennis. This Training Instructor remote position will allow you to contribute to our mission of leading the evolution of sustainable on-road mass transportation and mobility. You will play a vital role in creating and delivering training courses that support the servicing, maintenance, and repair of our products globally.

What You'll Do

• Create and deliver training courses focused on chassis and body systems, major components, diagnostic equipment, and third-party systems.
• Ensure that training is available and relevant for customers, internal staff, and Field Service Engineers.
• Support new product launches and maintain a comprehensive training portfolio.
• Develop engaging training content for classroom, workshop, and online delivery.
• Utilize your understanding of vehicle service, maintenance, and repair techniques to inform training materials.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of vehicle service, maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver technical information effectively.
• IT literate for creating training materials.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Nice to Have

• Experience in developing eLearning content.
• Knowledge of Alexander Dennis products and commercial vehicle systems.
• Previous training delivery experience in a technical environment.
