We're hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at a fast-growing technology recruitment firm. This entry-level position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 with significant earning potential through commissions. What You'll Do

• Work closely with a senior consultant/partner to support live mandates.
• Source and engage candidates using a variety of tools and strategies.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews to identify top talent.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates to generate referrals.
• Utilize outbound sourcing, market mapping, community engagement, and referrals.
• Receive daily mentorship and real-time coaching from experienced recruiters.

Requirements

• Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
• Motivated, ambitious, and performance-driven individual.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to handle discomfort.
• Personable with strong communication skills.

• No previous recruitment experience required.
