About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Paddle. As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you will engage with our buyers and provide exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to and resolve queries from our customer’s customers via email, focusing on transactional issues such as refunds and cancellations.
  • Escalate advanced or complex queries to the appropriate internal channels for resolution.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of Paddle products to handle advanced queries effectively.
  • Collect feedback and report any issues, actively participating in team meetings to enhance our processes.
  • Work collaboratively with a global team of buyer support specialists, reporting to the Buyer Support Team Leads.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer support or customer-centric role.
  • Proficient English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and effectively communicate with teams across different time zones (GMT, AEST, EST).
  • A genuine passion for helping people and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Investigative mindset with a willingness to think outside the box.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working for a SaaS company, ideally in a customer support capacity.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or other helpdesk platforms.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
