Test and Evaluation Engineer - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on system integration, developmental, and operational tests for the Eagle Eye system and other Connected Warfare products.
• Gather test data, analyze performance, and compile reports to provide actionable insights that enhance system capabilities.
• Collaborate in Test Readiness Reviews and document any issues, deviations, and corrective actions to ensure quality and reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure traceability from requirements through verification and validation.
• Participate in both lab-based test setups and field validation testing to support system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, Computer, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in test and evaluation, either through relevant work experience or internships/projects.
• Basic understanding of requirements development, test planning, and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with RF communications, tactical datalinks, or C2 systems.
• Exposure to lab-based testing or field testing environments.
• Hands-on experience with test instrumentation and data analysis tools.
• Interest in learning DoD test protocols and industry best practices.
