Territory Executive - Urology (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a Territory Executive - Urology (Remote) to join our team at Boston Scientific. In this role, you will support commercialization, sales, and marketing activities in the sacral neuromodulation (SNM) markets. You will identify key customers and achieve sales and marketing targets while reinforcing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
What You'll Do
- Support and develop a high-performance sales and clinical organization to effectively achieve business objectives.
- Provide daily guidance and leadership to the field team through effective communication and hands-on coaching.
- Execute territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business.
- Offer clinical support, including patient interactions, education, and programming of Axonics devices.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to design and execute strategic initiatives.
- Attend clinical meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate.
- Negotiate distribution agreements and maintain company assets in good order.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales and marketing within the health industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve personal and team sales territory plans.
- Strong business analysis and judgment skills.
- Solid understanding of healthcare and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent presentation skills to all levels, including management and C-level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel extensively.
Nice to Have
- Experience in medical technology sales.
- Knowledge of sacral neuromodulation products.
- Previous leadership experience in a sales environment.
