About the Role

What You'll Do
- Be the face of PMI and our innovative smoke-free products in your territory.
- Drive sales performance and secure more space for our brands across your defined independent retail customers.
- Negotiate contracts that enhance retailer engagement and elevate brand visibility.
- Work towards clear targets and KPIs, positively impacting our journey to a smoke-free future.
- Build strong relationships with customers, educating them on our brands and new product opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with customers to add value to their business, making PMI their preferred supply partner.
Requirements
- For experienced sales professionals: Proven sales and negotiation skills, strong commercial acumen, and excellent relationship-building abilities.
- For early-career candidates: Great communication and storytelling skills, curiosity, resilience, and a drive to learn.
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights and manage time effectively.
