Technical Project Manager - Financial Digital Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager - Financial Digital Transformation to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. This remote role offers the opportunity to manage complex and large-scale technology initiatives that drive our mission of Cryptocurrency in Every Wallet™. You will interface with development teams to estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources effectively.

What You'll Do

• Manage cross-team, cross-functional technology initiatives to deliver results from design to rollout.
• Track project progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to management and stakeholders.
• Design and track metrics around initiative goals, making data-driven decisions.
• Orchestrate technology initiatives with business feature deliveries, balancing tech and business priorities.
• Facilitate documentation with developers for various audiences, including production support playbooks and API documentation.
• Maintain deployment workflows and improve knowledge discovery to empower your team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project and/or program management within a software applications environment.
• Deep understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies; Scrum Master experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to align disparate groups towards common goals.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence and relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, PSM, ACP) preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin and Cantonese are advantageous.
