About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Operations Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our technical infrastructure and supporting our cybersecurity initiatives. As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will work closely with various teams to enhance our operational efficiency and security posture.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Support incident response efforts and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security standards into workflows.
  • Automate workflows using tools like N8N and Tray.ai to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct performance monitoring and reporting to ensure system reliability.
  • Engage in bug hunting and quality advocacy to maintain high standards.
  • Provide Tier 3 support and assist in pre-sales engineering efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows administration.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and security standards.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of data operations, ETL processes, and data science principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with machine learning and large language models.
  • Previous experience in sales engineering or customer support.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
