About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Operations Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our technical infrastructure and supporting our cybersecurity initiatives. As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will work closely with various teams to enhance our operational efficiency and security posture.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Support incident response efforts and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security standards into workflows.
- Automate workflows using tools like N8N and Tray.ai to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct performance monitoring and reporting to ensure system reliability.
- Engage in bug hunting and quality advocacy to maintain high standards.
- Provide Tier 3 support and assist in pre-sales engineering efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical operations or a related field.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows administration.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and security standards.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of data operations, ETL processes, and data science principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with machine learning and large language models.
- Previous experience in sales engineering or customer support.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
