About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Lead Software Engineer to join our team at Saince HealthTech Pvt Ltd. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead software development initiatives using .NET technologies. As a Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in designing and developing robust software solutions that drive digital transformation in the healthcare sector.

What You'll Do

  • Architect, design, and implement full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
  • Lead back-end development initiatives and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex system requirements and develop appropriate interfaces.
  • Document technical specifications and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Support applications and align with leadership's vision to meet group objectives.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on strategic goals.
  • Participate in on-call support to ensure system availability.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a .NET Developer, with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead role.
  • Proficient in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or compliance-driven environment is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in full-stack application development with a focus on service-based integrations.
  • Exposure to generative AI platforms is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Angular for front-end development.
  • Knowledge of UI, integration, and regression testing.
  • Familiarity with C/ICD based tools and technologies.
