Technical Lead - Intelligent Transportation Systems (Remote)

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the strategic data roadmap, aligning the architecture with business objectives.
• Lead a team of data and analytics engineers, fostering their professional development.
• Act as Scrum Master, prioritizing short-term deliverables while maintaining a strategic vision.
• Design and implement modern architectures based on microservices and containers, utilizing technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Promote and oversee best practices in data governance, security, modeling, and technical documentation.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, from design to implementation, focusing on quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Solid experience in architectural design and construction of complex systems.
• Expertise in data integration and scalable data architectures using modern integration tools (Apache Airflow, Prefect, Luigi).
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and data analysis/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with the Python ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, ML frameworks).
• Knowledge of cloud-oriented architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Big Data frameworks (Apache Spark, Hadoop, HDFS).
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices for platform deployment and maintenance.
• Previous experience in projects related to public transport or ITS is a plus.
• Relevant technical certifications in cloud (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer) will be an asset.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience in leading teams in a remote work environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
