About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Field Intern - Remote to join our innovative team at Syngenta Group. As a Technical Field Intern, you will support the commercial evaluation of crop protection technologies and digital agriculture tools. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the AgTech industry while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Execute research authorization and validation trial programs to assess crop protection technologies.
• Collect and share data and key learnings with stakeholders to enhance product development.
• Support the development of technical product content that will be used in marketing and sales efforts.
• Collaborate with the local sales team and growers to understand market needs and challenges.
• Support the incorporation of digital technologies into data capture processes.
• Lead data compilation and summarization across various projects to ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist with tours of field sites as required, providing insights to visitors.
• Engage in continuous learning and development throughout your internship.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma from an accredited university/college.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
• A valid driver's license is required for field visits.
• A positive attitude and excitement for learning new technologies and methodologies.

• Previous experience in agricultural research or related fields.
