About the Role
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Technical Enablement Intern - Remote at Zscaler. This internship allows you to collaborate across the organization, driving training initiatives and supporting customer success through technical training and content development. As a Technical Enablement Intern, you will play a critical role in delivering Zscaler technical courseware and certification programs both online and in-person.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert and assist in configuring and troubleshooting training environments.
- Manage remote training labs and online services to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams for training content development, enhancing the quality of educational materials.
- Support customer success initiatives by providing necessary technical training.
- Participate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to foster an inclusive and supportive culture.
- Gain valuable experience in instructional design and course development.
- Contribute to the mission of making the cloud a safe place for business.
Requirements
- Must have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to discharge.
- Approval from unit commander is required, and MOU must be approved before start.
- At least 18 months of Zscaler product experience preferred.
- Experience as a technical instructor in relevant fields.
- Ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.
- Interest in course development and instructional design.
- Experience designing and developing hands-on training exercises.
