You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, and ensuring that our projects align with business objectives. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Develop technical documentation and user stories to guide development teams.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA and Salesforce for project management and tracking.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Support the implementation of ETL processes and data management strategies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with the travel industry and healthcare is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ColdFusion and CFML.
• Knowledge of AIR Charter Operations and hotel contracting.
• Certifications in business analysis or project management.
