About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Billing & FinOps Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Sardine. As a leader in fraud prevention and AML compliance, Sardine utilizes advanced technologies such as device intelligence, behavior biometrics, machine learning, and AI to proactively combat fraud. With a client base of over 300 banks, retailers, and fintechs globally, we are dedicated to stopping identity fraud, payment fraud, account takeovers, and social engineering scams. What You'll Do

• Oversee finance-related workflows focusing on the Order-to-Cash ecosystem to ensure accurate revenue scaling.
• Own the billing stack and administer metering, usage, and billing logic.
• Manage monthly invoicing and drive the process end-to-end.
• Act as the first-line billing support for stakeholders, ensuring a customer-centric approach to billing inquiries.
• Enable internal teams to interpret billing data effectively.
• Implement new products and support pricing rollouts, collaborating with cross-functional teams for improved workflows.
• Monitor operational health and identify process gaps to enhance efficiency.
• Establish structured processes for growth and take ownership of financial operations over time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Operations or Business Analytics.
• Experience managing usage-based billing platforms.
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition.
• Advanced SQL skills are essential.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
