About the Role

We are seeking a Team Lead, Payroll Regulatory Compliance to join our dynamic EMEA team. In this remote role, you will lead and manage a team dedicated to ensuring payroll regulatory compliance across multiple countries in the EMEA region. As a key player in our organization, you will work closely with our R&D and Product departments to drive payroll compliance initiatives, helping Deel maintain its position as a leader in global payroll solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of payroll regulatory compliance specialists across the EMEA region.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations across multiple European countries.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement compliance requirements effectively.
• Monitor and analyze changes in payroll legislation across EMEA markets.
• Drive continuous improvement in payroll compliance processes and systems.
• Provide guidance and expertise on complex payroll regulatory matters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payroll compliance, with a focus on EMEA regulations.
• Proven leadership skills in managing compliance teams.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations across multiple European countries.
• Excellent analytical skills to monitor and interpret legislative changes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
