Floor Manager - Retail Operations (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Floor Manager to join our team at Courir, the leading sneaker retailer in France. This is a unique opportunity for a Floor Manager to enhance the customer experience and drive sales performance in a remote capacity. As a Floor Manager, you will act as a vital link between the Store Director and the sales teams, ensuring that our customers receive an unforgettable shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily briefings to motivate and energize the sales teams.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (IV, TT, PM, omnichannel) to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
• Implement corrective action plans to improve both collective and individual performance.
• Foster team cohesion by developing skills and promoting autonomy among team members.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures (stock management, cash handling, merchandising, store presentation) to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in managing a large team (more than 8 members).
• Strong understanding of KPIs and the ability to leverage them to enhance daily operations.
• A natural leader with a proactive mindset, dedicated to exceeding store objectives.
• Passion for fashion and sneakers, embodying the brand's culture.

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail management within a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices.
• Fluency in English and French.
