About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Talent Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding. What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job descriptions, postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Develop and maintain educational partnerships with universities and vocational schools to enhance our employer branding and attract junior talent.
- Participate in training and development initiatives aimed at employee retention and fostering teamwork.
- Support the design and implementation of performance management systems aligned with corporate objectives.
- Update and maintain talent reports for recruitment and turnover metrics.
- Collaborate on creating and updating the organizational chart to reflect changes in personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, Law, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficient in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SSFF software.
- Previous experience in performance management systems.
- Knowledge of organizational development principles.
