Catering Supervisor - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Catering Supervisor remote, you will oversee the operational front of house (FOH) staff within the catering department, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards. Your leadership will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards across all retail catering areas.

What You'll Do

• Supervise FOH staff in the operational running of catering areas on any given day.
• Ensure catering areas are clean and tidy before, during, and after each shift.
• Maintain high standards of service and ensure food is served according to company standards.
• Assist customers with queries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Complete and file all food safety documents accurately.
• Promote excellent customer service and assist in achieving sales targets.
• Participate in staff training and assist with other areas of the catering operation as needed.
• Follow cash handling procedures accurately as instructed by management.

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory role within the catering or hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer and client awareness at all times.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food handling, COSHH, and HACCP is desirable.
• Full clean UK driving license.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Commitment to maintaining hygiene, health, and safety standards.
