What You'll Do

• Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates for technical and business roles.
• Conduct thorough research and Boolean searches on platforms like LinkedIn to find qualified candidates.
• Engage with candidates through effective communication and build relationships to understand their career aspirations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in our recruiting technology systems.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving our sourcing processes.
• Provide support in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams.
• Contribute to the development of innovative sourcing strategies using AI-powered tools and automation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting.
• Strong research skills and proficiency in Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with recruiting technology and tools, such as GEM.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in sourcing for technical roles is a plus.
• Passion for connecting people with opportunities and a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in sourcing for business roles or go-to-market positions.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and visual design concepts.
• Understanding of affordable housing compliance and related regulations.
