  • Contribute to the development of innovative sourcing strategies using AI-powered tools and automation.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting.
  • Strong research skills and proficiency in Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with recruiting technology and tools, such as GEM.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in sourcing for technical roles is a plus.
  • Passion for connecting people with opportunities and a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have
