Senior Salesforce Developer - Identity Protection Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and evolving Salesforce-based enterprise solutions that enhance customer identity data management. You will leverage your extensive experience in Salesforce development to ensure our solutions are scalable and maintainable, aligning with modern Salesforce capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative tools.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to enhance functionality.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that meet client needs.
• Perform code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and security standards are upheld.
• Coordinate technical work with offshore Salesforce developers to optimize project delivery.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, releases, and ensure production stability.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, and Integration teams to drive project success.
• Participate in troubleshooting and continuous platform improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and the Salesforce security model.
• Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of asynchronous and event-driven patterns.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I.
• English level: B1+ (Intermediate) or higher.

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Experience Cloud (LWR).
