Talent Partner (HR Business Partner) - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Partner (HR Business Partner) - Remote to join Included Health, a pioneering healthcare company dedicated to delivering integrated virtual care and navigation services. As a Talent Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders within the Member Care organization, driving business outcomes through thoughtful, data-informed people strategies. What You'll Do
- Be a trusted partner to the Member Care organization, collaborating with senior leaders to build talent and workforce plans that deliver business results.
- Develop program infrastructure for repeatable employee experience processes and provide thought partnership for continuous improvement and new initiatives.
- Partner with Member Care leaders to support and execute transformation related to workforce planning and organizational design.
- Provide employee relations support to assist employees and leaders in resolving issues effectively.
- Assess leadership and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Provide coaching and development feedback to leaders and team members to foster growth.
- Collaborate with the HR People Analytics team to identify and interpret trends in complex data sets.
- Support leave programs and accommodations for assigned client teams.
- Design, communicate, and implement core HR systems and projects.
- Experience partnering with Finance and Legal to align people decisions with compliance and risk considerations.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience.
- At least 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
- At least 2+ years of experience supporting SVP+ level Executives.
- Expertise in engaging and supporting a dynamic, distributed workforce.
- Strong experience with employee relations issues and workplace accommodations.
- Strategic and empathetic thinker, quick to recognize challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build trust.
- Ability to travel at least once per quarter.
- Experience in a healthcare organization preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HR technology and systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Certification in HR (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
