What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote our company as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.
  • Familiarity with HR operations and employee onboarding processes.
  • Passion for building diverse teams and promoting inclusive hiring practices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in technical recruiting, particularly in engineering roles.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and payroll processing systems.
  • Certifications in HR or talent acquisition.
