What You'll Do

- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote our company as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.
- Familiarity with HR operations and employee onboarding processes.
- Passion for building diverse teams and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience in technical recruiting, particularly in engineering roles.
- Knowledge of HRIS and payroll processing systems.
- Certifications in HR or talent acquisition.
