What You'll Do
- Actively contribute to both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies.
- Conduct direct outbound sourcing through various channels.
- Screen candidates through calls and manage interview logistics.
- Advise Project Managers and Client Managers on the candidate landscape.
- Take ownership of the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with an experienced team to enhance recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Ability to thrive in goal-oriented environments.
- Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Team-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in recruiting for tech or startup environments.
- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
