About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Care Professional to join our team at Haus Hawila in Bielefeld, Germany. This role offers flexible working hours, allowing you to set your start date at your convenience. As a Part-Time Care Professional, you will support clients with complex disabilities and autism, making a significant impact in their daily lives.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with daily activities and provide guidance to enhance their independence.
• Develop personalized support plans to promote client participation and inclusion.
• Collaborate with families, legal guardians, and other services to ensure comprehensive support.
• Engage clients in leisure activities and assistive technology usage.
• Mentor and guide new colleagues, including trainees and interns, sharing your expertise.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Care Professional, Educator, or Health and Nursing Specialist.
• Experience with individuals with autism or a willingness to learn.
• Strong initiative, reliability, and passion for supporting clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to the values and mission of our organization.
