Studio Manager - Pilates Studio (Relocation to Abu Dhabi)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Studio Manager to lead the opening of a new Pilates studio in Abu Dhabi. As the Studio Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage a talented team, and ensure a welcoming environment for all clients. What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end studio operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining high floor standards.
• Manage schedules for classes, instructors, and events, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional service.
• Oversee stock management, equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and overall studio ambience.
• Coach and schedule the Front-of-House team, supporting onboarding and training initiatives.
• Engage with clients directly, providing personalized service and resolving any issues that arise.
• Drive in-studio sales for memberships and retail, managing promotions effectively.
• Build community partnerships and organize on-brand events to enhance studio visibility.
• Maintain accurate data across booking, CRM, and POS systems, supporting reporting on attendance and revenue.
• Support P&L management, daily cash reconciliation, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and client data protection regulations.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in studio operations, premium retail, or hospitality leadership roles.
• Strong service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Proven sales capability and a track record of meeting commercial targets.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Tech-savvy, familiar with Google Workspace, CRM, POS, and booking systems.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to Have

• Experience in boutique fitness or Pilates environments.
• Basic content creation skills, including photography and video.
• Exposure to events, partnerships, or corporate collaborations.
