Strategy Consultant - Operations (Remote)

About the Role

Thank you for your interest in this opportunity! We are looking for a Strategy Consultant - Operations (Remote) to join our Operations Strategy & BI team. Your application will only be considered complete after completing a digital assessment. This role is essential for helping to challenge and prepare the Operations strategy for the future.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market and trend analysis in retail operations.
• Support communication moments related to Operations strategy.
• Participate in transformative projects focused on the evolution of Operations together with other business areas.
• Develop and monitor the strategic planning cycle.
• Work closely with key Operations stakeholders, including management, leadership teams, and the executive board.

Requirements

• A degree in Economics, Management, or Industrial Engineering and Management (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to transform dispersed data into clear, structured, and decision-oriented insights.
• A genuine interest in understanding, questioning, and challenging Operations strategy.
• Experience in consulting or within a strategy/business development team in a corporate environment.
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of retail operations.
