As a Staff Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our AI initiatives and driving innovation within our team.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions that meet customer needs and enhance product functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing products.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices for AI and machine learning implementations.
  • Work closely with product management to define the roadmap for AI features and enhancements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of a strong engineering culture focused on AI innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Previous experience in a solutions architect role.
