Trainee Global Operations - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Trainee Global Operations to join our dynamic team at Viega. This remote opportunity allows you to be part of a globally successful company and contribute to our continuous growth. As a Trainee, you will embark on an 18-month "Training on the Job" program that provides you with intensive insights into various aspects of our Global Operations. This is an excellent chance to develop both professionally and personally while working in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Gain hands-on experience in key areas such as Project Management Office, Technology Development, Industrial Engineering, and Lean Management during the first 12 months.
• Take on independent projects in Production Development, Process Optimization, Project Management, or Production Controlling.
• Focus on your future by deepening your expertise in a potential target position, such as Project Leader or Expert in your field during the final 6 months.
• Receive mentorship and support throughout the program to enhance your development.

Requirements

• Excellent academic background: A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with outstanding results.
• Practical experience: Relevant internships, preferably with an international focus, are a plus.
• Analytical thinking: You enjoy complex processes and analyses, finding creative solutions while thinking systematically.
• Language proficiency: You communicate confidently in both German and English, both verbally and in writing.

Nice to Have

• Experience with international teams or projects.
• Knowledge of Lean Management principles.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
