What You'll Do

• Engage with customers during check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience.
• Process payments and explain campervan functionalities, terms, and conditions to guests.
• Align reservations with available campervans, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Maintain campervans in top condition, identifying maintenance needs proactively.
• Support the team in coordinating fleet operations and troubleshooting any operational issues.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and a valid driver's license for both manual and automatic vehicles.
• A strong customer service orientation and a natural talent for connecting with people.
• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to engage in hands-on tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
• Knowledge of campervan functionalities and road trip planning.
