What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor team members to produce high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and technical solutions.
  • Develop and guide testing plans to assure solution quality and define success metrics.
  • Drive project plans and release schedules ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Apply debugging tools to verify assumptions and optimize code performance.
  • Analyze complex data to enhance products and support engineering decisions.
  • Maintain live service operations and develop incident resolution playbooks.
  • Enhance internal tools and processes while promoting the use of AI technologies.
  • Develop and maintain a technical roadmap aligned with product goals.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
  • Demonstrated experience in large-scale system architecture, particularly in cloud environments.
  • Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and balancing priorities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for leveraging AI tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
