What You'll Do

  • Act as a founding member of the Core Frontier team in Bengaluru, establishing technical standards and engineering culture.
  • Drive architectural improvements and advocate for best engineering practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Security, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to maintain the health and reliability of critical services.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in Node.js (JavaScript or TypeScript) and experience with building secure APIs.
  • Experience in designing and operating distributed systems in cloud environments like AWS and Azure.
  • Strong commitment to quality with experience in various testing strategies.
  • A product-oriented mindset with the ability to understand customer needs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Knowledge of security engineering principles and application security best practices.
