Staff Product Designer - Remote Opportunity at Webflow

About the Role

At Webflow, we’re looking for a Staff Product Designer remote to help us shape a new product offering. This is an exciting opportunity to define a vision and craft unique solutions that expand Webflow’s core platform. As a Staff Product Designer remote, you will join a team dedicated to empowering customers to build, connect, and manage their content and data seamlessly.

What You'll Do

• Define, design, and launch new products while integrating with existing capabilities.
• Collaborate proactively across teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies.
• Present your work to stakeholders and senior leadership, actioning feedback and driving alignment on design vision and strategy.
• Engage regularly with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points.
• Elevate the craft of design at Webflow and mentor fellow designers.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience influencing and leading complex initiatives in a remote environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Previous experience with software that empowers professional or technical users.
• Familiarity with the web design industry, content management platforms, web standards, and accessibility.
