About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Programme Learning Designer to join our innovative team at Multiverse. This Senior Programme Learning Designer remote position is pivotal in shaping the future of learning through AI and technology. You will lead the design process for curricula and learning experiences, ensuring they meet both internal standards and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Lead the creation of curricula and frameworks for our AI production engine, ensuring alignment with the Multiverse MAGE framework.
• Manage the development lifecycle for programme assets, including timelines and budgets.
• Onboard and manage contractors and subject matter experts as needed.
• Quality assure learning materials, validating content produced by AI and human sources.
• Utilize learner and client data to inform improvements in AI machine learning.
• Champion AI adoption and best practices across teams.
• Influence and manage cross-functional teams, applying advanced communication strategies.

Requirements

• Significant experience in curriculum design and applying backward design principles.
• Solid knowledge of generative AI and workflow automation tools.
• Experience in project management and leading content development teams.
• Proven ability to use data to inform curriculum design.
• Strong communication skills to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in designing for technical disciplines such as Data, Leadership, Software Engineering, or AI.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, education, or organizational development.
