About the Role

Hone Health is seeking a talented and experienced Staff Product Designer to join our team, focusing on Clinical Experience. This remote Staff Product Designer position allows you to work from anywhere in the United States, contributing to innovative healthcare solutions that enhance patient experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for clinical experience projects, ensuring user-centered design principles are at the forefront.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and healthcare professionals, to create impactful design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design concepts.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design culture within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Experience in healthcare or clinical environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
