About the Role

What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers on integrating Kastle into their daily operations and production stacks, including APIs and loan management systems.
• Drive product feedback by partnering with Engineering to submit requests for changes backed by data.
• Manage accounts proactively by monitoring health metrics, predicting risks, and executing strategies for customer retention and expansion.
• Scope customer requirements and customize AI agents, partnering with executives to set goals and manage deployment roadmaps.
• Help hire and mentor future team members, setting standards as we scale.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a technical role at a developer-focused or SaaS company.
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, basic SQL, and proficiency in Python or JavaScript for prototyping and log analysis.
• Strong communication skills to distill complex concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A builder’s mindset, thriving in ambiguous situations and taking initiative.
• Analytical skills to ground decisions in data regarding usage and performance.

Nice to Have

• Experience as an ex-founder or early-stage hire in a technical role.
• Familiarity with LLM/AI agent tooling and observability/testing.
