About the Role

We are seeking a Solution Sales Director - Risk & Audit to join our team at Diligent. This Solution Sales Director remote position is crucial for driving revenue growth by understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions effectively. As a technical expert, you will influence customer decisions and address complex challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Drive inbound and outbound sales, manage initial prospect/customer meetings, and oversee pipeline management.
  • Provide technical expertise during co-selling opportunities with the Accounts team.
  • Coach and develop Sales colleagues to enhance their understanding of Diligent’s products.
  • Utilize sales tools to prospect new leads and maintain CRM records accurately.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to create strategic account plans and proposals.
  • Ensure high levels of prospect satisfaction through proactive outreach and regular follow-ups.
  • Analyze the competitor landscape to inform strategic account plans.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in account management within the ethics & compliance technology industry.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage large deal negotiations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous learning mindset with a desire to develop knowledge in internal products and industry trends.
