About the Role
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer - Workflow Automation to join our innovative team at Instaffo. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects that enhance workflow efficiency and sustainability. As a Software Engineer specializing in workflow automation, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients streamline their processes and implement effective IT solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement workflow solutions using current technologies for our diverse clientele.
- Develop components and systems in Java, Kotlin, Angular, and React.
- Assist clients in requirements analysis and process modeling using BPMN 2.0.
- Identify and adapt technological trends and concepts for client projects.
- Support the enhancement of our consulting offerings in the area of Green BPM.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Passion for workflow topics and Green IT.
- Knowledge of process engines like Camunda is a plus.
- Fluent in German (C1 level) and English.
- Ability to work independently and a desire to learn and experiment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with mobile application development.
- Familiarity with SPA frameworks.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in IT.
