Social Media Manager - GCC Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team at Recruitlytics and lead our social media strategy across the GCC. As a Social Media Manager remote position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and engagement in the hiring market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with company goals, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness.
• Create engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and more, ensuring it resonates with our target audience in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Manage daily interactions on social media, responding to comments and messages promptly to foster community engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve engagement rates.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling social assets that support outreach efforts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR tech.
• Strong writing skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media tools like Canva and Hootsuite.
• Proven ability to create and manage content calendars effectively.
• Experience in analyzing social media performance metrics.

Nice to Have

• Experience in short-form video editing.
• Basic design skills to maintain brand consistency.
• Knowledge of recruitment workflows and personal branding on LinkedIn.
