Shift Lead - Front of House (FOH) Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Lead - Front of House (FOH) Remote to join our team at BBQ Holdings. In this role, you will assist the management team in overseeing restaurant operations and personnel during assigned shifts, ensuring that our company standards are met in terms of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Supervise employees during scheduled shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure exceptional service is provided.
• Build morale and foster a positive work environment through mentoring and professional growth.
• Execute menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Monitor financial performance through metrics such as sales, cost of goods (COG), labor, and operating expenses.
• Perform all duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance are required.
• 2 years of restaurant or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices.

Nice to Have

• NRA ServSafe food and alcohol certifications.
• Experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry.
