About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Manager - Remote to lead our Employee Service Centre. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and enhance service delivery across various HR functions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational excellence of our services, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the Employee Service Centre operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and high-quality customer support.

  • Utilize Oracle Fusion ERP and other ICT systems to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in service delivery management, preferably in HR or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of performance management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service delivery.
