About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at United Auto Group. This Service Advisor remote position is perfect for individuals looking to advance their career in the automotive industry while providing exceptional service to our clients. You will play a crucial role in scheduling service work and selling additional services to customers, contributing to our goal of delivering an extraordinary automotive experience.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rating as set by the service manager.
  • Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Communicate with customers to determine the nature of their mechanical problems.
  • Provide estimates for labor and parts, ensuring clarity in communication.
  • Follow up on the progress of each repair order throughout the day.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and answer any questions they may have.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Ensure that work areas and customer waiting areas are kept clean and organized.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
