About the Role

Join FOUR PAWS as a Senior Fundraising Specialist (Remote) and contribute to global animal welfare. This role involves developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to enhance donor retention through digital channels. You'll work collaboratively across teams to deliver impactful campaigns and analyze results.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to optimize donor retention through digital channels.
• Manage supporter segmentation and create targeted communication strategies to increase donor value.
• Generate supporter insights through research and surveys to improve fundraising performance.
• Ensure an excellent donor experience by overseeing supporter services and mentoring team members.
• Share best practices globally to enhance fundraising efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising or customer-related marketing.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in developing fundraising or customer-focused marketing content.
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders.
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' mission.

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of donor management systems.
• Previous mentoring or team leadership experience.
