About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Workday Implementation Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the implementation of Workday solutions for our clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into their existing systems. As a Senior Workday Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their HR and payroll operations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the implementation of Workday HCM and Global Payroll solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct client training sessions to ensure effective use of Workday systems.
  • Perform data validation and compliance checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday implementation, specifically in HCM and Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS, data management, and project management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with API integrations and technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of client success and customer implementation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the healthcare SaaS sector.
  • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
  • Previous experience in a consulting role.
