About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Workday Implementation Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

  • Provide training and support to clients during the onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped to use Workday effectively.
  • Conduct data validation and ensure compliance with global payroll best practices.
  • Utilize your expertise in API integrations to enhance the functionality of Workday solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday implementation or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS, global payroll, and data management.
  • Proven experience in project management and customer onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Experience with API integrations and technical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions and customer success strategies.
